Brooke Fenwick
Brooke is an associate of the IPA with over 10 years of experience helping small to medium businesses with tax accounting, CFO advisory services & bookkeeping.
Her passion is creating an environment to empower business owners to be equipped with the knowledge & services they need to achieve their goals & grow their business profits. Brooke has a keen interest in the e-commerce space and working with female-led businesses.
When she is not working with her clients you can find Brooke at a cafe with her Golden Retrievers Gary & Mable indulging in puppachinos & espressos.

I’d start the day with a coffee run with Dale and the dogs and then drive somewhere we have never been before to explore - preferably do an activity outside in nature! Eat as much chocolate throughout the day and come home to a takeaway dinner on the couch to watch a true crime series.

Dale Fenwick
Dale is a Member of the IPA and has been helping guide families and businesses as an accountant for over 13 years. He tries to simplify the jargon and will put your mind at ease that your financial future is in safe hands. In particular, Dale loves working on entity structuring, risk & asset protection, business & operations advice and property developments.
In his spare time, you'll find Dale pretending to be a tradie renovating his house, poorly strumming his guitar or trying to keep up with his two crazy Golden Retrievers!

Tegan Jansen
Tegan is a qualified accountant (CPA member) passionate about educating small business owners all about their business finances. Having worked with a wide range of clients in tax and business advisory for over seven years, Tegan gets to know her clients on a personal level and will go the extra mile to make sure they feel supported on their business journey.
Tegan is an active member of the Sunshine Coast community acting as a volunteer treasurer for not for profit organisation, Suncoast Community Legal Service. In her spare time, you'll find her being a wannabe athlete at a CrossFit gym or exploring the local area with her partner, family or friends.

Hayley Thompson
Hayley is a recent university graduate with two years of experience in assisting small to medium sized businesses with bookkeeping and tax accounting. Her path to accounting was found through her passion for numbers with the goal of helping people always at the forefront of her work. She has a particular interest in assisting small businesses reach their goals by understanding their needs.

Kelsey Byrnes
Kelsey is a qualified accountant and has over 10+ years experience in the accounting world, specializing in SMSF and BAS (CPA qualified). She went straight from school to university to study a bachelor in commerce, majoring in accounting.
Her path to accounting was found through Dale’s mum, who taught her in school. Full circle moment. She also went to school with Dale and played basketball with Brooke in their early 20’s.
In her spare time Kelsey can be found enjoying time with her family.

Mika Fenwick
Mika is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting. His passion for the field was sparked by a close family connection - our very own Dale, who also happens to be his cousin. As a new father, Mika brings both dedication and a great sense of humour to the team, often lightening the mood with one of his signature dad jokes.
In his free time, Mika enjoys staying active through sports, discovering new cafes and restaurants, and going for walks with his partner and young son.

Jess is an accountant with a Bachelor of Accounting and over 7 years of experience in the industry. She brings a calm, reliable approach to her work, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and building strong client relationships.
In her free time, Jess enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and planning her next travel adventure.
Caitlin Clark
Caitlin is an experienced accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and over 12 years in the industry - 6 of those working directly as an accountant. She’s known for her thorough approach, industry know-how, and commitment to helping clients feel confident in their numbers.
Outside of the numbers, Caitlin loves spending time with her fiancé and two children, enjoying beach days, a good pilates session and unwinding with a book.
Lili Hoare
Lili is a dynamic and integral member of our accounting team. With over three years of hands-on experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and serves as a valuable mentor to team members looking to expand their skills. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting, Lili is on track to graduate in mid-2025.

Ellie joined our accounting team in April 2024 and has quickly become a valued contributor. She is currently pursuing a degree in Business and Accounting, with graduation expected at the end of 2025. Ellie brings a thoughtful and dedicated approach to her work, consistently supporting the team with enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn.

Maddie Cox
Maddie joined us in May 2024 as a Client Services Coordinator and has quickly become an invaluable part of the team. Known for her strong problem-solving skills and efficiency, Maddie ensures that daily operations run smoothly - so much so that we’re not quite sure what we’d do without her (especially Dale!).
